Check-in and check-out time

Check-in: from 13:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00 PM

You can make a late check-out until 8:00 p.m. with an extra charge of 50% of the value of the cabin (Subject to availability).

Seasons and reserve values ​​

The values ​​of the stay vary according to season, in the amounts expressed on the site for each cabin.

High season: From September 1 to March 31

Low season: From April 1 to August 31.

You have to reserve paying 50% of the value, and the remaining 50% 2 days before arrival.

In high season the minimum stay is 2 days, except long weekends and New Years, where the minimum stay is 3 nights. These length of stay requirements may change without prior notice. To confirm the minimum stay for a certain date, you must confirm prior to your reservation with an executive from Cabañas Fundo El Grillo.

Other special policies and services

Guests per cabin: The number of people respectively indicated for each cabin is the maximum number of guests allowed per cabin for the indicated value. Any changes must be agreed in advance. Additional people pay $ 10,000 each. Visits also pay, $ 5,000 each.

Maid service available: $ 12,000 per day.

The cabin must be delivered in the same housecleaning and hygiene conditions in which it was received, otherwise there will be a $ 25,000 surcharge for cleaning.

Pets: Pets are accepted in select cabins by prior arrangement.

Non-smokers: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins of Cabañas Fundo El Grillo, check the smoking areas where it is especially allowed.

The pools of the cabins (with private pool) are for refreshments, the shared pools are for swimming.

Food service can be agreed upon, prior conversation.

All the cabins are equipped with bedding and dishes but towels are not included.

Audio equipment of any kind is not allowed.

From 22:00 hrs. at 08:00 hrs. avoid all kinds of noise, screaming, loud music, etc. that disturb the healthy coexistence.

The rates and services shown do not include 19% tax (I.V.A.).

Passengers sent from Hotel Boston maintain rates and conditions. That is, price, towels, maid and breakfast.

In certain areas and cabins of Fundo El Grillo you may find low cell phone and network coverage, or no signal. Given the external nature of these services and the rural location in which Fundo El Grillo is located, we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of these services. Find out about the availability of coverage according to your needs at the time of your reservation.

Cancellations and Modifications

In case of requesting the cancellation or postponement of reservation, the money will not be returned, but it will be a payment for a future visit to our facilities, according to availability of the requested dates. The maximum time to reschedule the postponed reservation is 90 days, counted from the original reservation.

The request for cancellation or postponement of the reservation must be made 5 days prior to the day of check-in.

If you made your reservation directly with an executive at Cabañas Fundo El Grillo, please contact our team at the email consultas@cabañasfundoelgrillo.cl. If you made your reservation through a third-party website, the changes must be made through the same channel that you used for the reservation.

Early exit

If you need to leave Cabañas Fundo El Grillo before the scheduled date, just send us an email at least 24 hours before the date of your new departure. This way, you will not be charged for an extra night. Please request it via email to have a supporting document for your request.

Non-attendance

In case of no-show (you have a reservation, but you did not arrive at Cabañas Fundo El Grillo and/or canceled the reservation), you will be charged the value of the first night of stay plus taxes.
